CFC developed the BI design for Circle Global, a New York–based startup, in 2024.
Circle is a platform that leverages AI-driven solutions to lower the barriers local job seekers face in the hiring process, while helping small business owners simplify recruitment and day-to-day operations.
CFC visualized this vision through a symbol in which dots representing job seekers and business owners connect and expand into a circulating “C,” expressing the idea of continuous growth. The dots-and-lines units and the primary black color convey data-driven trust and professionalism, while the extended graphic assets and point colors—lime and green—communicate the approachable user experience of a local service platform. The logotype, featuring solid serifs and dynamic forms of the letters “c” and “e,” completes Circle’s persona, balancing friendliness with smartness. We look forward to the new hiring ecosystem Circle will create.
